In the Wall Street Journal article I was quoted in last week I stated that you should watch out for people promising high returns with no risk, that is exactly what this scam artist offered. He offered stock market like returns without the risk – impossible. When you believe something that cannot be true you will be taken for a ride. These people could have done a few simple things to ensure there money was not stolen. I’ll address this in another post (gotta jump on a conference call!).
