A new study monitored the coffee intake of 208,500 men and women over the course of 30 years, and found that people who drink coffee in moderation (fewer than five cups a day) received a number of significant health benefits. Among them: lower risk of dying from heart diseases, diabetes, certain brain conditions—and, oddly enough, suicide.
